MISS ETSY…

So I had Avery wear one of my headbands the other day.  Which she looked quite cute in, if I do say so myself!!!  See here…  Anywhoot… I recieved a super sweet compliment on it and it went like this… Someone asked me if I had ever heard of etsy.   Which I had.  Then asked where I got the headband Avery was wearing because they had bought some on etsy, but none like this!  Well, friends, I’m on etsy…  hear me, I’m on etsy!!!  Just thought I should repeat myself for emphasis there… hehe.  Today, I posted the headband everyone is coveting, well, at least all the lil babies!  Which happens to be my personal favorite so far.  And like everything else seems to be in my life right now – I’m new at this headband making business, too!  So, if you have any ideas, inspiration, or thoughts on how I can improve – let me know!!  I would love to hear it… It can only get better from here!  xo

WEEKEND IN REVIEW

This weekend was filled with sweets, sweets, and more sweets! We stocked up trick or treaters. Had an ice cream date. Hung out with a lil chicken. And cheered on gramps and uncle Ryan at their ballgame. It was quite fancy…

A TAIL FROM THE BIRFDAY BOY!

Yesterday was my birthday!

Avery pulled my old man beard in celebration. Mom made me a peanut butter and treat cake. Which I devoured. Dad gave me an extra long pat. It was a nice gesture, but I would’ve appreciated a gift of some sort. Freud acted like he didn’t care, but he did demand his own treat cake. He still has only child syndrome, at least that’s what mom tells me!

I rewarded myself for a good first year of life by taking an extra long nap and hiding mom’s shoes… Hehehe

WEEKEND IN REVIEW

We had a wonderful eh, kinda rough weekend… Avery is teething. TEETHING?!? I thought this wasn’t supposed to happen for a while! But let me tell you it is happening in full force! I’m afraid this is gonna be a long drawn out sleepless cry-fest filled process. Eek!

But on a good note my amazing father put together our bathroom after this happened! Thanks pops!

We also kept it classy and treated ourselves too an extra special Costco date…

Oh, and I’m a strong believer in the start um young philosophy – what is that you ask?? Let me show you…

I’M NOT A NUGGET!!!

Halloween is creeping up on us and this year is oh, so much more fun than any other year before!  We are celebrating by going to the Fall Festival at West World on the 29th  (if you wanna join us, let me know) and lil A is preparing away!  She practically begged me the other night if she could sleep in her little costume, but I’m not too sure how well lil nuggets sleep, so I had to put my foot down.  She got a little worked up when I called her a nugget, she prefers a lil chick – but I win that argument, too… she rocks is as a NUGGET!!

WEEKEND IN REVIEW

Woah baby! We are exhausted! Not 100% sure what lil A was up to this weekend but it did not include sleeping through the night! Let’s just say we are working on this scheduling business hardcore as of now!! But our nights looked mostly like this…

Somehow we did squeeze in some chillaxin on the couch…

We also had a little more squash consumption…

Although rough at times… It’s always a good weekend at the Martin house!
